Rabbit Hole
David Lindsay-Abaire's critically acclaimed Broadway hit
and winner of the 2007 Pulitzer Prize for Drama
Crystal Theatre / April 14-18, 21-25, 2009

David Lindsay-Abaire, one of the most fascinating voices in contemporary American theatre, has been described by critics as "a comic genius." His previous works include the much-lauded Fuddy Meers and Wonder of the World.

Lindsay-Abaire departs from his comic roots with Rabbit Hole, the story of a couple struggling to cope with the death of their four-year old son. Lindsay-Abaire explores the grieving process and the far-reaching effects of such a loss with heartbreaking and ultimately life-affirming results.

"The theatre had better be paid up on its flood insurance… inspires such copious weeping among its audience that you wonder early on if you should have taken a life jacket." –Ben Brantley, The New York Times
